Maxville Gathering & Watershed Festival

Join us Friday, June 29th at the Wallowa County Fairgrounds in Enterprise for the Maxville Gathering & Watershed Festival! Wallowa Resources and Maxville Heritage Interpretive Center are teaming up again to combine our two festivals, bringing a jam-packed day of interactive fun! There will be 20+ exhibitors with kid-friendly activities, storytelling, food, Grammy award winning music, historic logging activities, ma & pa and kids relay races, watermelon eating contest, scavenger hunt, free hotdogs for kids 15 years and younger, and much more!

Kid fun:
• Free fishing in the Nez Perce fishing ponds
• Face painting
• Scavenger hunt with prizes at the end
• Smokey the Bear
• Mural painting
• Kids relay races
• And so much more!

Music line-up:
Darrell Brann from the Ok Theater is putting together a great line-up of musicians to entertain festival goers throughout the day!

Grammy-winning “American Songster” Dom Flemons will grace the stage once again and kick off the release of his new album, “Black Cowboys.” You won’t want to miss him!

Seattle songsters Ben Hunter & Joe Seamons give life to voices that have long been silenced in American culture. Their award-winning songs are highlighted by story-telling that, rather than bringing the past to life, vividly shows how the past still lives in the present.

A special presenter will be announced during the event.
